This Blue Ribbon Seal is 23-inches in diameter and features the U.S. Department of Education's National Blue Ribbon School Seal and the year of the award on the inside portion.  The school name is placed around the top outside in solid-walnut raised lettering.  At bottom, we can use smaller lettering for a mascot or slogan; or we can place an engraved plate with detailed information about the award (such as the exact date and details of the award, principal names, and/or a dedication statement.)  The seal is enclosed with a thick, solid-walnut frame and a hand-rubbed oil and wax sealant is applied for a beautiful finishing touch.
